Kyler Edwards is an American Professional Basketball Player with years of experience in youth elite sports, collegiate sports, and professional sports. His passion and purpose in life is to give back to the youth that follow in his footsteps and to ”be the example he wishes to see in life“, personally, professionally and with his impact organization: The Kyndness Foundation.
He also recently co-founded Kylers Kourage, an organization dedicated to providing vital support to families navigating the challenges of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with Alivia Williams. It was their experience with their first son, Kyler Alexander-James Edwards Jr. that created a passion to help others experiencing the same heartbreak of losing a child at infancy. Both organizations are geared toward sustainable efforts for children in their infancy, youth and families.

Alivia Williams is driven by a profound passion for helping others. Alivia has committed her life to advocating for NICU families, ensuring they have the resources, emotional support, and community connections they need during this critical time. The inspiration to start Kylers Kourage came from her own personal experience with the NICU, where she witnessed firsthand the immense emotional and financial strain that families endure. This journey fueled her determination to create an organization that not only addresses these challenges, but also empowers families to overcome them with resilience and hope.

Racquel Rausch, Board Member
Racquel Rausch started her career in hospitality, with over 25 years of marketing and communications in the tourism industry. Racquel has also served on various boards and is compassionate about community growth and well-being. Coming from a family of educators, Racquel has a passion for early childhood development and has a love for lifelong learning. Throughout her years working in several different roles, she has written grants, created community fundraising events and has championed bringing stakeholders to the table.
